Renters are responsible to confirm information before enlisting services. Property owners/managers are responsible to qualify all renters before entering into a contract. The operators and/or owners of RentMyCastle.com assume no responsibility and in no way warrant the accuracy of the information contained in any of the pages published here.

Rentmycastle com does not verify either the information regarding the properties advertised or the identity of the contact person. Rentmycastle.com cannot be held responsible for any disputes that may arise between the advertisers and the renters.. Property owners/managers and renters assume all liability for use of any information found in any RentMyCastle.com publication.

Additional responsibilities include conducting your own investigation regarding any and all claims made by prospective renters or vacation property owners/managers. You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless RentMyCastle.com, its owners, operators, affiliates, and suppliers from any liability, loss, claim and expense including attorneysÕ reasonable fees related to (i) your violation of this agreement, and (ii) your posting of material to this site.

Property owners/managers are responsible for the accuracy of the information on their property listings. Property owners/managers providing text and photos assert they own or have been granted license to use the text and photos on this site. RentMyCastle.com, its owners, or operators are not responsible for any action, or omission of action, by any renter obtained by the use of this site.

This web site may contain links to web sites operated by parties other than RentMyCastle.com. Such links are provided for your reference only. RentMyCastle.com does not control such web sites and is not responsible for their contents. RentMyCastle.com inclusion of links to such web sites does not imply any endorsement of the material or any association with their operators. RentMyCastle.com has the right to remove links or disallow links at their discretion.

Renters are aware that each property sets its own refund/cancellation policies and fees. We strongly recommend that renters require a written notice of the refund and cancellation policy from the Property owner/manager. We recommend the purchase of trip cancellation insurance at your own expense. RentMyCastle.com, its owners, and/or operators are not responsible for the refund of rental fees for any reason.

Vacation rental listings with RentMyCastle.com can be canceled at anytime. Upon the day of notification, RentMyCastle.com service will be canceled within two weeks of the day of notification. No refund or pro-rated credit will be issued for cancellation by Property owner/manager.

Property Owners/Managers are responsible for investigating and adhering to all local regulations including, but not limited to, permits, licenses, occupancy taxes, and safety compliance.

RentMyCastle.com does not condone spamming and will not participate in spamming. RentMyCastle.com reserves the right to cancel services to those who violate this policy by engaging in Unsolicited Commercial Emails via RentMyCastle.com site or by using its information. Additionally, unauthorized use of information used by third parties will be subject to copyright law violations and will be subject to criminal prosecution.

RentMyCastle.com and its suppliers may make improvements or changes in the information, services, products, and other materials on this site, or terminate this site, at any time without notice. RentMyCastle.com may modify this agreement at any time, and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting of the modified agreement. Accordingly, you agree to review the agreement periodically, and your continued access or use of this site shall be deemed your acceptance of the modified agreement.

RentMyCastle.com reserves the right to reject or edit any ad submitted at our sole discretion. Once material has been submitted, edited and posted on the RentMyCastle.com web site, it becomes the property of RentMyCastle.com and its affiliated sites and may not be copied from the RentMyCastle.com web site without written permission.

Any legal action or proceeding between RentMyCastle.com and you related to this agreement shall be brought exclusively in a federal or state court of competent jurisdiction sitting in New Jersey, County of Monmouth.
